Our goal was to develop a website for Monterey Peninsula Surgery Center (MPSC) that not only reflected their current branding and up-to-date information but was also easy for their team to update and manage independently.
Approach
We collaborated closely with the MPSC Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive plan and content strategy. This process began with defining the site's information architecture and creating detailed wireframes to ensure a user-friendly experience. We then designed the content pages to align with MPSC's brand identity. The website was built in collaboration with a developer, whom we managed throughout the process, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Summary
Despite several interruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021, the project was successfully completed. We delivered a fully functional website, which was transferred to the client for ongoing content management, including blog updates. The site was later migrated to the client's server and rebranded instead for the Capitola Surgery Center (www.capitolasurgerycenter.com). It continues to attract a steady stream of daily visitors, contributing to the center's online presence and patient engagement.
