Working with Dialpad (previously Switch.co), a leading internet telephony pioneer in the emerging industry, PERSONE was brought on as a freelance resource to supplement the in-house design team who was focused on developing their newest product. We were tasked with marketing support.
Through on-site meetings and regular communication with team leaders, project managers, art directors and other stakeholders, we established several creative ideas for them as possible ad banners. We used the themes they were working with in their marketing campaigns to highlight and accentuate the visuals and concepts behind the ads.
Once the brand changed officially to Dialpad, we also assisted their team with re-branding several of their print documents, updating the logos and text where applicable to account for the name and branding change. We used Google Drive to transfer documents and worked together in San Francisco both on-site in their offices as well as remotely.
We were brought on as a temporary supplement to their staff and helped them update their brand while staff design personnel were focused on more priority engagements. This enabled the company to continue with their re-branding process, while also maintaining design integrity with their marketing and sales documentation. At this time they were also able to keep their in-house team focused on their new and improved product which was pending an updated release.
