Evolution Furniture
PERSONE developed and directed the production of San Francisco furniture retailer Evolution Furniture's web site. We collaborated with another designer who provided us with detailed designs. From there, we determined the best technology for the site given the functional goals.
We decided that Flash would be the smoothest and most effective way to produce the site. It allowed us a very flexible development environment and output browser-consistent layouts containing various transition animations and data input and submission.
This effort was an excellent combination of design and production synergy as well as an excercise in producing a site with a large catalog of products. We standardized our elements and combined forces with flash experts to optimize the production flow, resulting in efficient and effective site functionality.
We were excited to interact with the furniture imagery and engage with the retail element of the furniture design industry. It was exciting to translate the breadth and elegance of their furniture collection into an attractive and functional catalog site.
